FATHER: Bubalu Vdl

Bubalu VDL is a 25-year-old stallion, the son of Baloubet du Rouet and Zancara (Nimmerdor 11 line). He is registered with the KNHS and FN, and his last national competition was on September 4, 2014.

FATHER OF MOTHER: Kannan

Kannan is the only KWPN stallion to have topped the WBFSH rankings for sires of show jumping winners. As an international Grand Prix horse, he has left his mark on the sport in France and in the world of breeding. His first generations enjoyed immediate success, from young horses all the way to the Olympic Games, notably including Nino des Buissonnets, the 2012 Olympic champion ridden by Steve Guerdat, and other Grand Prix horses such as Albführen’s Paille, Quabris de l’Isle, Molly Malone, Quorida de Treho, and Diva II.

His influence is global: many of his offspring have been approved by the KWPN, and he has sired excellent broodmares, including the dams of the Grand Prix stallions Bacardi VDL and Apardi. Kannan comes from the renowned Kramer maternal line, which also produced the KWPN stallion Kannan Jr.
